The business challenge
Attendance devices, leave requests, salary spreadsheets and employee documents often live in separate places. HR teams then spend time reconciling exceptions before every payroll run.
The proposed solution
The PeopleFlow concept creates one reviewable path from employee and shift data through attendance, leave approvals and payroll. Exception queues would help HR resolve missing punches or policy conflicts before salary calculations are finalized.
