The business challenge
Growing distributors often manage stock through separate spreadsheets, calls and branch-level records. That makes it difficult to know what is available, what is already committed and where replenishment is needed.
The proposed solution
The SmartStock concept connects purchasing, receiving, storage, transfers, sales orders and dispatch around a traceable stock ledger. Role-based dashboards would give branch teams a focused workflow while management sees inventory across every location.
