Project overview
A public healthcare website and connected clinic management system for Treeva Healthcare, bringing patient enquiries, appointments, billing and daily administration into one workflow. This case study outlines the application’s purpose, the functionality developed and the operational context behind the work.
The client problem
Treeva Healthcare needed a public website to showcase its healthcare and wellness services, collect patient enquiries and support online appointment booking. The center also needed an administration system to manage patients, services, finances and staff in one place.
The solution
We developed a complete website and clinic management system for a center focused on homeopathy, cosmetology, skin and hair care, aesthetic consultation and obesity management. The public website presents services and collects appointment and consultation requests. A connected admin panel manages the workflow from enquiry and scheduling to patient records, billing, invoices, expenses and staff administration.

Business impact
The system streamlines the journey from patient enquiry and appointment booking to clinic administration. Centralized patient, service and financial records help the team coordinate day-to-day work, while role-based access controls staff access to administrative functions.
